Shipping Policy for Castollino

Italy

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days at a cost of €4.99. Free shipping is available for orders over €50.

  • Express Shipping: 3-4 business days at a cost of €6.99. Free express shipping is available for orders exceeding €90.

European Union (excluding Italy)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days at a cost of €9.99. Free standard shipping is available for orders over €100.

Switzerland and United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days at a cost of €15.99, with a minimum order value of €30.

United States and Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days at a cost of $15.99, with a minimum order value of $35.

Tax and VAT Information

  • For countries outside the European Union, a VAT of 22% is applicable and is not included in the item price. Customers are responsible for the payment of this tax, which will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer free returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact Castollino's support team through the order page. Provide your order number, full name, telephone number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the form on the order page or the contact page. Our team will respond within 24 hours to facilitate the process and ensure a smooth experience.

Any product in an order or an entire order return will be refunded automatically after the package has been picked up by the shipping company that will be in charge, and the amount will be returned to the buyer's account between 5 to 10 days after receiving the receipt confirmation email.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely.
